A special weather statement warning of thunderstorms has been issued for Windsor and Essex County.
Localized rainfall of up to 25 millimetres is possible as a low pressure system brings the storms, none of which are forecast to be severe, through southwestern Ontario later this afternoon and evening.
Thursday’s high is forecast to be 18C.
The high Friday will be 10C with rain beginning in the afternoon and a 60 per cent chance of flurries in the evening.
A high of 7C is forecast for Saturday and 3C for Sunday.
