Randolph Avenue between Labelle Street and Grand Marais Road was shut down during the morning rush hour Thursday as crews dealt with a water main break.
Burst pipes have been causing headaches across the city and county, including a serious incident in Tecumseh Wednesday night when emergency crews evacuated residents from the Brouillette Manor nursing home.
